TimePlay was leveraged to help Intel improve engagement and retention at their 2019 Tech Connect Conference, held in Las Vegas at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center.

The multi-day event had 600 attendees and the interactive sessions were divided into 5 different hosted learning kiosks that ran multiple times throughout the conference.

TimePlay was used to educate and train the employees on a variety of content including departmental product updates. To help pump up the audience, each playlist kicked off with an ice breaker game to build up the excitement, while special customized prizing was awarded for the top winners along the way.

The individual leaderboard results from each station were consolidated into a Top 50 Intel leaderboard, displayed in real-time as people completed each session.

The post event data insights demonstrated a retention boost from 31% to over 80%. Now that’s ‘retained learnings’!
