The 2019 National Conference for Shoppers Drug Mart just wrapped up on February 4th in Mexico, with 2,400 employees and associates from across Canada. The Health and Wellness Team selected TimePlay to help drive engagement and retention for their large and highly anticipated annual event. Its unique and interactive platform technology was integrated into multiple one-hour sessions with a mix of gamification and learning combined.
To add to the experience, TimePlay produced and assembled a custom video using their host Ted Basillion to interact with the attendees. The highly engaged attendees were tested on the speakers’ slides with interactive content weaved throughout each presentation, including the host videos as the connective tissue, as well as leaderboards to help drive attentiveness and healthy social competition.
