Ed Fries 

Ed Fries created his first video games for the Atari 800, in the early 1980s. After getting his Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, he joined Microsoft in 1986, and spent the next 10 years as one of the founding developers of both Excel and Word. He left the Microsoft Office team to pursue his passion for interactive entertainment and created Microsoft Game Studios. Over the next eight years he grew the team from 50 people to over 1200, published more than 100 games including more than a dozen million sellers, co-founded the Xbox project, and made Microsoft one of the leaders in the interactive entertainment business. Ed retired from Microsoft in January 2004 and now enjoys spending more time with his wife and two young sons, and consulting with a broad range of publishers and game developers around the world.

Michael E. Kassan is an internationally recognized leader in the area of media and entertainment. He has been a strategic/brand development consultant to brands and companies including Unilever, Microsoft XBOX, Mindshare Worldwide, Mediaedge:CIA (Group M), Visible World, DIC Entertainment, The Cimarron Group, Revolution Studios, Entertainment Industry Foundation, Verizon Wireless, SBI-Razorfish, Channel M Communications, The Leverage Group, Verance Corporation, Premier Retail Networks (PRN), and Pacific Media PLC. 

Previously, Michael was the President/Chief Operating Officer and Vice-Chairman of Initiative Media Worldwide a division of The Interpublic Group of Companies (IPG:NYSE), at the time, the largest and most diversified media management company in the world. In 1997, he was named one of the top media executives in America by Advertising Age magazine.
Michael has been a director and advisor to many charitable and community organizations and also has been Chairman of the Senate Select Committee on the Entertainment Industry in California and in 1998 was elected to the Board of the American Advertising Federation.

Recognizing the importance of content to the success of TimePlay, the Company has brought on board Jon Snoddy, a veteran entertainment executive with broad experience in leading creative and technical teams to produce breakthrough entertainment properties. 

Based out of California, Jon has had a distinguished career that has included: the launch of THX at Lucasfilm; Concept Design with Walt Disney Imagineering; a SVP Design role working alongside Steven Spielberg developing games and attractions for GameWorks LLC; as well as substantial entertainment industry consulting engagements throughout North America, Korea and Japan.

Jon has a diverse skill set that extends into other areas such as business development, having secured sponsorship relationships with players such as Samsung, Microsoft, and Seiko Epson Japan, as well as developer relationships with Angel Studios, Sega Japan, Interplay Productions, DreamWorks Records and with JPL for content development.

He will be responsible for the management and development of content throughout TimePlay product lines and will ensure that content for each product meets the creative and qualitative standards set for TimePlay products.
