Q - Which versions of operating systems does TimePlay App support for smartphones?

A - The TimePlay App currently supports iPhone - iOS 3.1 and above, Android OS 1.6 and above, as well as all Blackberry devices - except Pearl and 9810, 9850 and 9860.

Q - How do I know which Cineplex theatres are offering the TimePlay experience before the movie?

A - For a full listing of all Cineplex theatres currently offering the TimePlay experience please go to www.cineplex.com/timeplay on your computer or mobile phone.

Q - How do I participate in the TimePlay experience?

A - iPhone, Android and Blackberry devices can download a free app for an enhanced experience. You will need to join the TimePlay Wi-Fi network to participate. Once you open the app you will need to choose a nickname and enter your auditorium number, which can be found on your ticket.

If you do not have the app on your phone, you can still participate by calling a phone number that will be provided on screen in the auditorium prior to the experience.
